Welcome to Casa Azul, a beautiful two-story home located in Las Gaviotas, a private and gated community on the west coast of Baja California, Mexico. This home features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a balcony with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean.

The upper level has a kitchen, dining room that seats eight, living room newly-redecorated with Fausto Polanco furnishings, primary bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom and separate bathroom. The lower level includes another kitchen, dining room and living room, along with a primary bathroom with ensuite, two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.

With fine artwork, two fireplaces and balcony with a firepit, this home is the perfect getaway for a couple or to bring your friends and family!

Casa Azul is located just 30 miles south of the California-Mexico border, between Rosarito and the legendary lobster village of Puerto Nuevo. Enjoy a visit to Baja’s famous Guadalupe Wine Valley or walk to the community swimming pool and hot tub before relaxing on the balcony to watch the sun go down. Whatever your vacation plans are, you are sure to enjoy your stay at Casa Azul.

Casa Azul is a beautiful two-story home located on the second row back from the ocean with an unobstructed view from the balcony.

With beautiful tile and a succulent garden in the entryway, you'll fall in love with your vacation getaway before you ever get inside!

More of a casual feel than the upstairs but every bit as comfortable and packed with amenities. The living room is furnished with a sofa and loveseat, along with television and CD player. The sitting area has two recliners and a gas fireplace next to the dining area that seats five. The fully equipped kitchen has regular and k-cup coffee makers.

The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and loveseat, along with an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and is separated from the living area by a privacy curtain while the second comes with a queen-size bed and loveseat. A guest bathroom is located next to the guest bedrooms.

Comfort and class combine upstairs to give the home that "wow" factor! Vacation in style with custom furniture, fine artwork, and a relaxing patio.

The living room has a large sofa, two recliners, television with satellite channels and a gas fireplace. The large dining table next to the bar area seats eight. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a k-cup coffee maker.

The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a brick dome ceiling. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the guest bathroom is right next door.

Las Gaviotas

Located on the west coast of Baja California, the exclusive community of Las Gaviotas is known for its many amenities, resort-like setting and great surfing. Downtown Rosarito is a short drive north and both the Guadalupe Wine Valley and the city of Ensenada are to the south. There is no shortage of good food and fun things to do in all directions!

Las Gaviotas has community rules in place to make sure you will have an enjoyable stay. All renters must agree to abide by these rules prior to arriving for your stay. We will provide you with a copy for you to sign a few days before your stay.
